It’s perhaps the best rivalry in the NFL.
Steelers vs. Ravens. Pittsburgh vs. Baltimore. Two AFC North teams known for proud traditions and power football.
On Sunday, they meet again. And this year, the rivalry carries even more weight, with both teams off to red-hot starts in this chaotic season. The Steelers are a perfect 6-0. The Ravens are 5-1. They’ll meet Sunday in Baltimore at 1 p.m. in a game that will be broadcast on CBS.
And to make Week 8 even better, DraftKings is offering a 20-percent parlay boost to all users, provided you opt in and build at least a two-leg parlay with odds of -250 or longer. It’s a little more icing on the Sunday cake. A football schedule featuring a massive game now has even more juice.
In this week’s installment of Penn Sportsbooks Pick Play, we’ll take a look at Steelers/Ravens, some parlay possibilities, and all the other odds available at PA online sportsbooks.
DraftKings has the Ravens as a four-point favorite
Even though the Steelers enter Sunday’s game undefeated, Pittsburgh is a four-point underdog at press time according to DraftKings Sportsbook.
The Steelers stormed out to an early lead against undefeated Tennessee last week, but needed a missed field goal by Stephen Gostkowski to seal the 27-24 victory. Pittsburgh is +180 on the moneyline, while Baltimore is -205. The game’s over/under total is 46.5.
DraftKings also has an extensive menu of other wagers available for Sunday’s game. Pricing and odds are posted for winning margins, first/last scoring props, total touchdowns by team, and halftime/full-time wagers.
Baltimore enters the game with the benefit of an extra week’s rest and preparation. The Ravens last played in Week 6 in a 30-28 win over Philadelphia.
Crucial Bills/Patriots game will also kick off at 1 p.m. Sunday
Another big game that will draw attention in the region is the Buffalo – New England showdown, which is also scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on CBS. The Bills are four-point favorites with a moneyline price of -210. The Patriots are +180. And the game’s over/under total is set at 41.
If those two games aren’t enough, here are the rest of the Week 8 lines to help you build that DraftKings parlay:
- Vikings at Packers (-6)
- Titans at Bengals (+5.5)
- Rams at Dolphins (+3.5)
- Jets at Chiefs (-19.5)
- Raiders at Browns (-2.5)
- Colts at Lions (+3)
- Chargers at Broncos (+3.5)
- 49ers at Seahawks (-3)
- Saints at Bears (+4.5)
- Cowboys at Eagles (-9)
- Buccaneers at Giants (+12)
More NFL boosts for Steelers vs. Ravens at PA sportsbooks
So Week 8 kicks off with a pair of big regional rivalries and a solid parlay promotion from DraftKings. But the other sites are holding serve too, with a few promotions of their own.
FanDuel Sportsbook is giving the Steelers a superboost, moving their pricing from -104 to +110 as a 3.5-point underdog. And FOX Bet has a number of custom wagers and four different bet boosts too, one of which brings +350 if Ben Roethlisberger and Lamar Jackson have at least two passing touchdowns each.
This football Sunday is setting up to be a big one. And it all starts at 1 p.m. with Steelers vs. Ravens.
